Introduction: Grand Teton, Wyoming Workshop September 18 - 23, 2011
The Grand Teton National Park is one of most dramatic and majestic parks in the United States. Known for the abrupt rise of the rugged Teton mountain range punctuated by snow-capped peaks and framed by pristine glacier lakes and the big blue skies of Wyoming, the Teton range is a photographers’s dream location.
This 5-day workshop is a jointly-conducted by FirstLight Photo Tours and Andy Cook of Rocky Mountain Reflections Photography, Inc. FirstLight Photo Tours’ Grand Teton workshop will take you to locations that will inspire you including the Mouton Barn, Cunningham Cabin, Colter Bay, Jenny Lake, Schwabacher Landing and other scenic destinations in Grand Teton.. The workshop is limited to 12 participants and will be led by group leaders with intimate knowledge of the area and exceptional photographic and workshop experience. Our small, personalized group setting is designed to maximize one-on-one interaction with participants and further develop photographic skills.
Please bring your own equipment. We recommend a sturdy tripod, circular polarizer, and split natural density filter. Wide angle and medium focal length lenses (17mm ~ 80 mm) and long lenses for the wildlife. A notebook computer with photo editing software for post shoot critique is also recommended.
Since space is limited, we encourage you to register soon. See you in Wyoming.
